A Health tea for Your Eyes --Chrysanthemum tea  

Chrysanthemum functions on clinical TCM applications, mainly used to clean Heat,. Also used to anti-inflammatory. In ancient times,Chrysanthemum also used to treat keratitis and conjunctivitis,and to improve the neurological causes of dizziness, vertigo.

Chrysanthemums can chew daily .Chewing Chrysanthemums can treat migraine, and make the brain muscles relax.

 

Qiju tea

Materials:

Medlar 15 gram

Chrysanthemum 30 gram

Sugar (honey can be used if no sugar)

 

Steps:

1. Heat 600ml of water to boil.

2. Add the wolfberry and Chrysanthemum  into water and boil water about 5 to 7 minutes.

3. Add the appropriate honey

4. If cooked too long may cause the whole pot of water, a little greenish, This is a normal phenomenon, can still be safe to eat.

Clever eyesight tea

Materials:

Cassia  a spoon

Chrysanthemum 30 gram

Medlar 15 gram

Honey  

 

Practice:

1.Heat 600ml of water to boil.

2. Add wolfberry, chrysanthemum and cassia, and cook for about 6-8 minutes.

3. Add the appropriate honey

 

Cassia is not only effective for vision care, for intestines, diuretic and blood pressure .

But we must be cautioned that the amount of Cassia, it may cause diarrhea.
