0. Plan a rectangle. By the way, our handmade soap ‘s Length : 40mm ,Width : 25mm ,Height : 17mm,you can draw a rectangle whose size of the number of multiples .
Remember that each soap should leave a buffer space of about 0.2mm to soap box after planning area.
1. On the corrugated board, paint 2 diagonals , and draw a rectangle on the diagonal.And there is a # shape on the corrugated sheet .
2. Gently incise the line on # shape and diagonal outside the #shape, and do not completely cut the corrugated board.
Define that inward without incised mark and outward with incised marks
3. Fold inward along the # shape.
4-7 . At this time, there are four corners of corrugated paper , and fix four corners with binder clips .
8. Now,corrugated sheet is like a boat ,and it can be used as soap mold !
